As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing a range of activities that engage in our Con.X.ion Universe community

This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing visions to life. From large-scale conventions to intimate VIP experiences, you will ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage events from start to finish, including logistics, vendor management, and event promotion.

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of event coordinators, vendors, and volunteers to execute seamless events.

• Client & Partner Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and sponsors to enhance event offerings and ensure satisfaction.

• Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring costs stay within limits while maintaining high-quality experiences.

• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, create engaging content, and drive attendance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or Manager, ideally perfect event execution.

• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and an ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.

• Flexibility and adaptability in managing different event types and sizes.
