Event Coordinator - Perfumery Workshop Setup

Overview:

Collector's Con.X.ion Inc. are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to assist in setting up a perfumery workshop. The role involves coordinating logistics, inventory pickup, and overseeing the setup of the workshop space to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

•Inventory Pickup: Collect and transport perfumery supplies, tools, and ingredients from various suppliers or locations as required for the workshop.

•Workshop Setup: Assist in arranging the venue by setting up stations for participants, ensuring that all necessary materials are in place, and ensuring the space is prepared for the workshop.

•Coordination: Act as the point of contact for customer inquiry to ensure the successful execution of the workshop.

•On-Site Support: Provide hands-on assistance during the workshop, ensuring all materials are accessible, and the event runs smoothly.

•Logistics: Organize transportation for goods, ensuring safe and timely delivery of materials, and maintain proper records of inventory and workshop setup.

•Communication: Regularly update the event manager and team on progress, challenges, and needs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and will provide transportation.

• Proven experience in event coordination, logistics, or related roles.

• Ability to lift and transport items and set up physical spaces.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
