Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to guide company growth.

• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and ensure the business maintains optimal financial liquidity.

• Strategic Insights: Provide detailed financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to support business decision-making.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small finance team, providing guidance on financial processes and best practices.

• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally in retail, luxury, or collectibles industries.

• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Expertise in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar platforms).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide actionable insights to non-financial stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
