As a key member of our sales team, you will help us connect our Con.X.ion Universe. You’ll play an integral role in building lasting relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring that every customer receives personalized service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.

• Customer Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.

• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our exclusive product offerings and effectively communicate their value to customers.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Track Performance: Monitor sales progress, report on key metrics, and suggest strategies for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Knowledge in Jewelry, Cosmetics, food, Event Planning is plus.
